Lumen Restore for Women
Join us Thursday, Oct. 8th from 4 pm-8 pm for our open house!
Created for the Way Women Experience Hair Loss
Your part looks wider. Your ponytail feels thinner. There’s more hair in the shower and less of the fullness you’re used to seeing in the mirror.
You know something has changed. The frustrating part is figuring out why and what will actually help.
Lumen Restore for Women gives you a clearer place to start.
Available exclusively at The Lumen Center, our women’s hair restoration program uses advanced technology and detailed hair analysis to understand what’s happening before recommending treatment.
Instead of overwhelming you with options, we help build a plan around your hair, your goals, and how you respond over time.
Results That Speak For Themselves
Hair Loss Can Look Different For Women
Hair loss in women does not always mean obvious bald spots or a receding hairline. For many women, the first signs are subtle and gradual.
You may notice:
- A widening part
- More visible scalp
- A thinner ponytail
- Less overall volume
- Increased shedding
- Thinning around your hairline or temples
- More effort spent styling around areas of thinning
You may even wonder whether you’re imagining it.
But you are not looking for another shampoo, supplement, or product to try. You want to know what may be contributing to the change and what you can actually do about it.
That is where Lumen Restore begins.
One Program. Multiple Ways to Support Your Hair.
Women’s hair loss does not follow one predictable pattern, which is why Lumen Restore for Women is not a single treatment.
Your program may combine diagnostic tools, in-office therapies, regenerative treatments, and at-home care based on what Dr. Kwak sees during your evaluation.
Your Lumen Restore program may include:
DNA Hair Analysis
Helps uncover genetic factors that may be contributing to your hair loss so your treatment plan can be more targeted from the start.
HairMetrix Analysis
Gives you a clearer picture of your hair density and thickness so you can see what is changing and track your progress over time.
Red Light and Low-Level Laser Therapy
Stimulates your follicles with light-based technology to support healthier growth at home or in the office.
Medical-Grade Topical or Prescription Treatments
Gives you an at-home treatment selected around your hair loss pattern to help support continued growth between visits.
CyroWave CX
Uses a needle-free, pain-free CO₂ infusion system to deliver a clinical-grade protein serum directly to the scalp and support healthier hair growth.
HairCell Bioelectric Stimulation
Uses patented bioelectric stimulation to activate Klotho protein, rejuvenate hair follicles, boost cellular energy, and support denser, healthier hair growth.
You may need one treatment or a combination of several. The goal is not to put every woman through the same protocol. It is to choose the options that make sense for your hair.

“The Lumen Center team restored my hair and my outlook on life.”
Why Patients Choose Lumen
I highly recommend The Lumen Center for anyone considering a hair transplant. I had mine just under a year ago, and the results have been truly life-changing. Not only am I thrilled with how it turned out, but I’m also confident that choosing The Lumen Center was the best decision I could have made. The entire staff was exceptional, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I went to lumen a year ago for a consultation for a hair transplant and immediately felt comfortable and welcomed there. Since then, during the transplant and after they have been great in every aspect. Would recommend them everytime and continue using their services moving forward.

What Makes Lumen Restore for Women Different?
You can find laser caps, topical treatments, and other individual hair loss services in many places.
The difficult part is knowing which ones actually make sense for your hair.
That is where Lumen Restore for Women is different.
Rather than starting with a treatment, Dr. Kwak starts by evaluating your pattern of hair loss, density, scalp, history, and goals. From there, your program can bring together the treatments that make sense for you and track how your hair responds.
With Lumen Restore for Women, you receive:
A program created specifically for women experiencing hair loss
Advanced hair and scalp analysis before treatment begins
Multiple treatment options that can be combined when appropriate
Guidance from Dr. Andrew Kwak, with more than 20 years of experience
Ongoing progress monitoring to measure how your hair responds
Access to surgical hair restoration if your needs extend beyond non-surgical care
You don’t have to jump from treatment to treatment hoping something works.
You can start with an evaluation, get a clearer picture of your hair loss, and move forward knowing why each part of your plan is being recommended.
Lumen Restore for Women is available exclusively at The Lumen Center.

Questions Women Ask When Their Hair Starts Changing
Am I actually losing my hair, or am I just shedding more than usual?
There is a difference. Temporary shedding can follow stress, illness, childbirth, or rapid weight loss, or other changes in your body. Other forms of hair loss cause follicles to gradually produce thinner hair over time.
An evaluation can help determine which one you are experiencing.
Could hormones be causing my hair loss?
They can be part of the picture. Pregnancy, postpartum changes, perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, and changes in birth control can all affect your hair, but hormones are not the only possible cause.
Looking at your hair loss pattern and overall history helps us understand what may be contributing before deciding how to treat it. If we find that hormonal changes may be causing your hair loss, we can assess your labs and symptoms to decide if HRT may be right for you.
Can GLP-1 medication or rapid weight loss cause hair loss?
Rapid weight loss can trigger temporary shedding in some women, including those taking GLP-1 medications. Changes in nutrition may also play a role.
If your shedding started after significant weight loss or a new medication, tell us during your consultation so we can factor that into your evaluation.
Will my hair actually grow back?
That depends on why you are losing it. Hair lost through temporary shedding can often grow back once the trigger has passed, while female pattern hair loss tends to progress without treatment.
The goal of your evaluation is to determine what is still active, what may be recoverable, and what we can realistically work toward.
How long will it take before I know if my hair treatment is working?
Hair growth takes time, so results are typically measured in months, not weeks.
HairMetrix allows us to track those changes more objectively instead of asking you to rely only on what you see in the mirror.
Will I have to treat my hair loss forever?
It depends on what is causing your hair loss and which treatments you use. Female pattern hair loss is an ongoing condition, so maintaining results often requires ongoing care.
Your plan can change over time as your hair changes, rather than locking you into the same treatment indefinitely.
You Deserve to Feel Good About Your Hair Again
